Mark
Bamber is the founder and principal consultant of the miMedia
Group. The group operates from London and is a virtual network
of media specialists whose talent is scattered across the
globe.
Mark
has developed digital strategies for global media companies
and brands including BBC, MTV, Sony Ericsson, Philips, Vodafone,
Swatch, HP and many more. He has promoted new music from
Korn to Bloc Party and movies including Shrek, Casino Royale,
Indiana Jones and Iron Man. Mark has also led the digital
content strategy and overseen production of Europe’s
premiere live music event, the MTV Europe Music Awards.
Previously
Mark was the Director of Digital at Viacom Brand Solutions
International, the ad sales and sponsorship division of
MTV Networks. At VBSI Mark was primarily responsible for
the strategy and production of innovative multi-territory
online and mobile advertising, sponsorship and content campaigns
across all of Viacom´s digital channels.
Previous
to VBSI, Mark worked for MTV Networks International as the
Director of Mobile where he led the development and production
of MTVNI’s core mobile content offer including Mobile
TV, Video, WAP Sites, personalisation content and Games.
Prior
to MTV, Mark was the Mobile TV & Operations Manager
at Vodafone Group where he managed the launch of Mobile
TV and Video across 18 international markets.
Before
Vodafone, Mark was a BBC media trainer, produced the BBC’s
broadband IPTV services and the corporations first ever
Mobile TV & Video services including the Olympic Games
2004, Eurovision and Live 8 concerts. |
